    The check engine light on my Jeep Grand Cherokee turned on. I checked the code and knew it was something in the "Evaporative Emissions System" so wasn't expecting a big repair bill and they delivered. Brought it in, they diagnosed the problem quickly, fixed it and all at a reasonable price. No upsells or nonsense. While I was waiting to pay, the customer in front of me was an elderly woman. She apparently was having some issue with her key fob. Turned out the battery in the fob was dead. They only charged her for a new battery for the fob. Very impressed!

    I had a tire blowout on Highway 85 and it was thankfully near the De Anza exit because that thing was in shreds. How lucky that JP's was right there! Even though I called AAA right away, John was very kind while I was there and even let the AAA guy use his air pump to inflate my spare tire. Of course, John doesn't need this review when I didn't use his services, but I wanted to just say how nice he is. Really lets you know how he treats his customers!
